In order for Assistive Technology to succeed it needs to have good technology foundations. College leaders need to promote its usage and ensure all teams work together to improve educational outcomes. You will be guided through short and long term goals which will enable your teams to remove barriers and support learners to succeed.

This course is aimed at college senior leadership teams and is led by an experienced senior leader who is also a technology specialist.

The course will cover:

  • How your organisation can enhance accessibility for ALL learners.
  • Delivering AT is hard without the right IT in place.
  • Working with your IT support team to ensure accessiblity is a priority.
  • Procurement: taking accessiblity into account at the start.

This course is delivered online and places can be reserved for small numbers of staff.
